I am the Head of Project and Innovation for One Medical Group. I have over 20 years’ experience in technology, innovation and transformation programmes focussed on delivering results through a practical approach. I find that the greatest value I can provide is solving problems and removing ambiguity. I’m driven by wanting to simplify and provide understanding, using a balance of analytics and creativity. My breadth of experience in; new product development; strategic planning; ecommerce; digital marketing; routes-to-market, analytics; and continuous improvement help me look at challenges with a wider perspective. 

Outside of work I am kept busy by my two children, and I often enjoy a bike ride around the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.
