I am the Co-Founder and Executive Chair of OneMedical Group with a passion for NHS health and wellbeing focused out of hospital care delivery and solutions, including how the built environment can help improve individuals’ health and wellness.  Since we founded the company two decades ago, I have worn a number of different hats, from CEO to Property Director which has seen me escorting members of the royal family around our facilities to donning a hard hat and rolling up my sleeves, spade in hand, to take part in ground breaking ceremonies for our new build sites. 

OneMedical Group is now moving into a new phase as our two divisions, OneMedicare and OneMedical Property, prepare to face the changing healthcare landscape and challenges of an increasing ageing population. Across our 350+ person-strong organisation we are now reaching and supporting nearly 1 million individuals each year. We are set up to succeed and looking forward to working with all our stakeholders in what will be an interesting time to work in healthcare and specifically within the NHS.

I am also a Board member of the Strategic Council of IHPN, (Independent Healthcare Providers Network), a Trustee of William Merritt Disabled Living Centre and an active Scout Leader for 1st Burley-in-Wharfedale Beavers! I am a Zumba, HIIT and kettlebell addict, which is handy as I am rather partial to chocolate and gin!
