Rosedean House Surgery is located within Liskeard Town Centre on Dean Street. We have a patient list size of approximately 10,000.

When the surgery is closed, if you require non-emergency medical help, please called NHS 111.
The surgery will be closed on the following bank holidays in 2025:
- Good Friday, 18 April
- Easter Monday, 21 April
- Early May Bank Holiday, Monday 5 May
- Spring Bank Holiday, Monday 26 May
- Summer Bank Holiday, Monday 25 August
- Christmas Day, Thursday 25 December
- Boxing Day, Friday 26 December
Dispensary opening times
Our dispensary times:
- 8:30am to 1pm: Open
- 1pm to 3pm: Closed
- 3pm to 6pm: Open
Please be advised the dispensary will be closed between 1pm to 3pm.
Total Triage – Consult your GP online
Our Total Triage online system will be open from 8am-6:30pm on working days.
This can be accessed through our website or through the NHS app on your smartphone, tablet or computer and can be done on behalf of someone else by following the onscreen options.
If you are unable to access the form online via these methods, please contact the surgery in person or by phone, so that one of our patient navigators can assist you to submit the request.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111
You will be put through to a fully trained advisor, supported by experienced nurses and paramedics. They will ask you questions to assess your symptoms, then give you the healthcare advice you need or direct you straight away to the local service that can help you best. That could be A&E, an out of hours doctor, an urgent care centre or a walk-in centre, a community nurse, an emergency dentist or a late opening pharmacy.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
eConsult Off Hours
eConsult will be switched off on weekdays, Monday to Thursday, 20:30 to 06:30 and on weekends, Friday 20:30 to Monday at 06:30.
Out of Hours
Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.
