Achieving this quality assurance certification demonstrates OneMedical Group’s ongoing passion for providing product and service excellence to all its customers and patients. The management system helps us to focus on continual improvement in all areas in which we work, ensuring that we are able to commit to make a real difference for those we work with, whether that’s a member of our own team, a patient of one of the locations where we provide NHS services, or from a healthcare estate project where we have been able to shape facilities fitting with the needs of the area in which it is based. OneMedical Group has committed to an annual audit of its ISO 9001 compliance to push its full team to being able to be the best it can possibly be.
