OneMedical Group is pleased to be able to support everyone working in and with healthcare organisations by signing the NHS Sexual Safety in Healthcare Organisational Charter. The safety of all our colleagues, whether they are working within our primary and urgent care services or healthcare estates build, consultancy and facilities management arm, is paramount to everything we do. Sexual safety has always been built into our key policies and procedures and we’re pleased that this is now being recognised wider across healthcare companies across the UK.

Our sexual safety work does, of course, stretch across everything we do with our patients, customers, clients, suppliers and contractors too, and we recognise the importance of this in our day-to-day work and behaviours.
