I am an experienced and effective senior leader with extensive experience of service improvement, healthcare management, building teams and boards, and delivering plans and strategies within organisations and whole systems of care. I have an in-depth understanding of governance, risk management and board assurance and have successfully led large organisations as CEO and Accountable Officer for seventeen years. I have significant experience of working alongside primary care clinicians, social care, community services and GP practice leaders in developing integrated working.
