How Requests Work

To submit a medical or admin request at St Neots Health Centre, you can use Accurx Online Triage Service. It is an easy way to contact your GP practice for medical or admin help without waiting on the phone. You fill in a short online form (if you are unable to use digital services, staff can do it on your behalf if you call or visit). This form goes straight to the clinical team, who look at every request.

Your request is then sorted by urgency for example:

  • Urgent medical issues are seen by a clinician as soon as possible.
  • Routine medical requests are booked for a future appointment, followed up with advice, or signposted to a different service if that’s more suitable.
  • Admin requests (like sick notes or prescriptions) go to the admin team.

The practice team decides the best next step; this might be a call, text message, or an appointment in person or by phone.
