What is a Patient Participation Group (PPG)?
A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of people who are patients of the surgery and want to help it work as well as it can for patients, doctors and staff. They meet regularly with the service leadership team to discuss the practice and raise concerns and ideas. The NHS requires every practice to have a PPG.

To express your interest in joining the Patient Participation Group, please email the surgery on cpicb.stneotshc@nhs.net with your name, date of birth and your expression of interest.
Is there a topic you’d like discussed at the next meeting?
If there is a topic you would like to be discussed during the PPG meeting please send an email to cpicb.stneotshc@nhs.net with as much information as possible and and we would be happy to pass this onto the Patients Representatives to raise on your behalf.
