The Brief To support Leeds Student Medical Practice & The Light Surgery PCN to engage with their practice teams as they embark on a collaborative journey to deliver population health care. The Objectives

  • Bring Partners, Practice Managers and front line service delivery staff together to create a shared vision for health care across their PCN.
  • Facilitate the staff engagement event and introduce both practices to each other.
  • To begin developing a strategy to help the network engage with stakeholders.
Approach OneMedical Group were asked to facilitate the LSMP & The Light Surgery’s first staff engagement event following the introductions of PCNs. OneMedical Group secured a sought after conference venue in Leeds City Centre, managed catering arrangements and looked after the booking process from start to finish. A selection of guest speakers from the Leeds Health and Social Care System shared their expertise and knowledge with the participants. The OneMedical Group team facilitated a range of workshops and breakout activities designed to engage and encourage input from all practice staff. After the event delegate feedback was obtained through a post event online survey and a post event summary report provided to the practices to help measure the success of the event.
