I am the Co-Founder and Chief Executive of OneMedical Group with a passion for NHS health and wellbeing focused out of hospital care delivery and solutions, including how the built environment can help improve individual's health and wellness.

I am the Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of OneMedical Group. Over the years, I have Chaired the Boards of other businesses. I am an experienced businessman, philanthropist and long-time supporter of performing arts organisations.

I joined OneMedical Group in 2016, initially on an interim contract but I loved it so much I stayed. Across my time here I have worked closely with our senior team and have grown from Head of Finance to Chief Finance Officer, a role I took up in 2024.

I have been with the group since 2016, when I was a student nurse and worked as a health care assistant. Since then, I have taken on a range of roles across the group, leading to my current position as Group Service Delivery Director.

I joined OneMedical Group in 2014 and I am now Director of Patient Safety and Experience, supporting safeguarding, quality care, and patient feedback across our services. I work closely with colleagues and patients to improve what we do.

I have worked for One Medicare since October 2021 where I started out as a full-time salaried GP for Westgate Surgery. This role led to me becoming Group Lead for Women’s Health and then Clinical Director in 2026.

I joined the group in 2017 as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner at Sheffield Walk in Centre. During my 8 years here I have had several positions including Head of Urgent care, Head of Quality, Associate Director of Quality and now Director of Quality and Standards.
