I am the Co-Founder and Executive Chair of OneMedical Group with a passion for NHS health and wellbeing focused out of hospital care delivery and solutions, including how the built environment can help improve individual's health and wellness.

Michael Beverley

Vice Chair
Michael is a Co-Founder of OneMedical Group and has over the years chaired the boards of other business. He is an experienced businessman, philanthropist, long time supporter of the performing arts, and was in 2000 appointed as Deputy Lieutenant of West Yorkshire.

Dr William Dawson

Chief Executive Officer
I joined OneMedical Group in 2014 as a practising GP. In 2016 I took on the role of Lead GP for Primary Care Services and became Chief Medical Officer in 2017. In the summer of 2019 I became Deputy CEO and in April 2020 I began my role as the Chief Executive Officer.

Finance Director
I joined OneMedical Group in 2016, initially on an interim contract but I loved it so much I stayed. Over the time I have been here I have worked closely with our senior team and have grown from Head of Finance to Associate Director of Finance and most recently have taken up the role of Finance Director in April 2020.

I joined OneMedical Group in 2018 having worked in various multi-disciplinary organisations across several different sectors leading on operational development, workforce management, business strategy, performance and growth and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in 2022.

Associate Director Patient Safety & Experience
After initially attending a university in Cardiff to study International Hotel Management, I had a bit of career change in my early 20’s. I decided that I wanted to become a Nurse and trained at The Royal Free Hospital/ Middlesex University where I qualified in 2004.
