One Big Thank You 2025: A Week of Celebration Across Our Services

The One Big Thank You 2025 tour was a 4 day celebration that brought colleagues together across every one of our services, recognising the incredible work they do every day to make a difference for patients and communities. Spanning hundreds of miles with hampers, treats, team gatherings, and awards, the tour created moments of appreciation, connection, and inspiration.

Teams came together to reflect on the past year, sharing upcoming plans for the next 12 months and most importantly to celebrate one another.

For example, the tour began at Bracknell Urgent Care Centre, where the team had recently received a ‘good’ rating from the CQC, giving us even more reason to celebrate! Staff also voted to recognise their colleague Alice Neville with the first One Big Thank You Award of the week, celebrating her proactive attitude and positive impact on the team.

Visits to both Aberdeen and Leeds, gave opportunity for team colleagues to hear the thoughtful messages of appreciation written about one another through our nomination process earlier in the year.

Day three was one of the busiest of the week, with celebrations taking place across four sites. Highlights included lively mornings in the South West, and an emotional award moment in Milton Keynes, where Neath Hill Health Centre’s winner, Lorraine Walsh, said it was the first time she had ever won an award.

The tour concluded with visits to St Neots, Sheffield and our Head Office.

Looking Ahead

Alongside the celebrations, colleagues shared questions and suggestions throughout the week, which have been captured and will help inform our future steps.

The One Big Thank You 2025 tour showcased our values in action; working together, putting people first, and building a healthier future, while giving us a chance to say thank you to our incredible colleagues.
