I have worked for One Medicare since October 2021 where I started out as a full-time salaried GP for Westgate Surgery. I started to become involved in some work for the Central Team and was consulted on the company’s menopause policy in 2023. This eventually led to becoming Group Lead for Women’s Health and then Group Clinical Lead. I work full time and still have one clinical day at Westgate Surgery, which I thoroughly enjoy!
