Employee Spotlight – Jackie Garde-Evans, Interim Clinical Lead

Jackie joined OneMedical Group just over a year ago as a Remote Advanced Clinical Practitioner, supporting both Minehead Medical Centre and Rosedean House Surgery. More recently, Jackie has focused solely on Rosedean House Surgery and has recently become Interim Clinical Lead.
Having qualified as a nurse 18 years ago, Jackie has spent 16 years working in Primary Care, progressing from a Junior Treatment Room Nurse to Practice Nurse, Nurse Lead and eventually ACP. In her current role, she provides clinical oversight, helps maintain patient safety, supports colleagues, and aid with recruitment.
Jackie said: “I enjoy supporting Rosedean House because it gives me the flexibility to work from home while continuing to do a job I genuinely love. The values of OneMedical Group are closely aligned with my own, and I’m proud to work for an organisation that puts patients, colleagues and quality care at the heart of everything it does.”
“Rosedean House is a fantastic practice with a truly dedicated team, and I hope to continue supporting its development and demonstrating just what a great practice it is. The commitment, professionalism and teamwork shown by everyone make it a wonderful place to work and provide care.”
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her three dogs and is a keen runner, currently preparing for three half marathons and an Apocalypse Run. She is looking forward to these challenges over the coming months. 🏃‍♀️
