Healthwatch find us ‘Very Good’

One of our services, Corby Urgent Care Centre, was recently visited by a team from Healthwatch who are pleased to say found us to be 'Very Good'. Much like the CQC inspection visits, Healthwatch use a set of criteria to review services and report their findings, primarily speaking to a lot of service users both in person and via online surveys and feedback forms.
