Isabel joined OneMedical Property in November 2023, for a Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship. Driven by a curiosity about how projects come together and succeed, she loved learning core principles while gaining real, hands-on experience. This dedication paid off in March 2025, when she completed her apprenticeship with a well-deserved Distinction.
Now an Associate Project Manager within the Property team, Isabel coordinates diverse projects across the UK, from property developments to sale and leaseback deals. She loves that the role gives her deep exposure to the property sector and keeps her involved at every stage of the process, ensuring no two days are ever the same.
Beyond her core work, Isabel also supports facilities management for OneMedicare sites, helps with marketing, and lends a hand across the wider business. Her dynamic role has fast-tracked her professional growth, and she is excited to keep building on her success.
